These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and stay at Niramaya Heritage Homestay. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Booking Policy

• Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.

• Guests must provide valid ID proof at check-in.

• The property is rented strictly for residential stay purposes.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 2:00 PM

• Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late checkout may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests must:

• Maintain cleanliness and respect property rules

• Avoid loud noise or disturbances

• Use appliances safely

• Not engage in illegal activities

Any damage caused must be compensated by the guest.

4. Property Rules

• Smoking not allowed 

• No parties or events unless permitted

• Visitors not allowed without prior approval

• Pets not allowed.

5. Liability

Niramaya Heritage Homestay is not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings

• Accidents caused due to negligence

• Disruptions due to natural events, strikes, or unforeseen issues

We provide CCTV only for security enhancement, not guaranteed monitoring.

6. Pricing & Payments

• All tariffs are displayed on our website or informed via message.

• Additional services (airport pickup, extra bed, etc.) will be charged separately.

7. Changes to Booking

Guests may request date changes depending on room availability.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website or staying at our homestay, you accept these terms fully.
