Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Niramaya Heritage Homestay

This policy applies to all direct and online bookings.


1. Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellation before 5 days of check-in: 100% refund

  • Cancellation 3 days before check-in: 75% refund

  • Cancellation on the previous day or same day: No refund

  • Cancellations allowed only for the full property, not individual rooms


2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.


3. No-Show Policy

If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.


4. Date Rescheduling

  • Guests may reschedule the booking once, based on availability.

  • Price differences (if applicable) must be paid.


5. Property-Initiated Cancellations

We may cancel a booking due to:

  • Maintenance emergencies

  • Safety issues

  • Natural calamities

  • Government restrictions

In such cases, guests will receive full refund or free reschedule.
